Prior to joining LvHJ, Thea worked at one of the Big Four accounting firms and held a management position in a private industry in Manila, Philippines for six years.
Thea is responsible for overseeing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations as well as providing high-quality service to clients across various industries. She also leads and mentors her team members, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration. She is passionate about continuous learning and professional development, and regularly attends training courses to update her skills and knowledge to be a better resource person to her clients and team members.
