Jennifer Cabania was looking for a fresh career challenge when she joined LvHJ in 2019 to serve as an audit supervisor. She was promoted to her current role in 2022 to lead and oversee our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAS+). Managing the CAS+ team in San Francisco and the Philippines, she brings a deep understanding of organizational leadership, budget planning and finance analysis to our CAS+ clients. Jennifer combines deep analytical skills with her proven ability to mentor and manage teams, streamline processes and collaborate successfully with clients.
Jennifer previously served as Global Group Controller and North American Regional Finance Director for a global content and distribution company in the Philippines. For more than 19 years, she advanced from a budget and planning specialist through multiple roles and departments in the company to align processes and procedures, create cost efficiencies within corporate finance and simultaneously train and mentor teams on technical competency and client service. She elevated the finance role by developing consultative analysts who create awareness of financial impacts and opportunities within their designated departments, serving the broader goals of the organization. As Controller, she standardized financial reporting to facilitate consolidation of financial statements for the global group of companies within one year.
Jennifer also has experience in public accounting through several years as an auditor in the Philippines and in the U.S. Her global finance position brought her to the U.S. in 2009.
