Tara Gleaton, SPHR has over 18 years of experience in operations including the direct oversight of human resources, information technology, facilities, contract management, marketing/business development, and revenue producing programs. Prior to LvHJ, Tara was Chief Administrative Officer for a nationwide non-profit specializing in improving and supporting the quality of life for at-risk and underserved communities. Her past experience makes her uniquely suited to understand the mission and culture of many of LvHJ’s clients.
As the Director of Operations, Tara is responsible for overseeing efficiency, quality control, and day-to-day functions of all firm operations. A main focus of her job is to recruit and retain top talent and believes that client satisfaction can only result from experienced and happy team members.

Tara enjoys relaxing with her family, watching TV, and reading psychological thrillers. When she can take time off from being a mom, she thoroughly enjoys small overnight trips to the ocean with her husband, where she disconnects from city life and eats lots of seafood.
