Tara Gleaton, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in operations including the direct oversight of human resources, information technology, facilities, contract management, marketing/business development, and revenue producing programs. Prior to LvHJ, Tara was Chief Administrative Officer for a nationwide non-profit specializing in improving and supporting the quality of life for at-risk and underserved communities.
